PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director, Corporate Accounting is an experienced finance and accounting professional designated to lead the corporate accounting team. The position is responsible for the maintenance of timely and accurate financial records and information of the Company in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Public Utilities Commission/State of Hawaii regulatory/tax rules and requirements established by other regulatory entities as applicable. The position also is responsible for financial reporting and establishment of policies and procedures and a strong internal control environment over financial reporting.

Working under immediate supervision as a crew member, performs routine/repetitive moderate to heavy manual labor work required for the utility system.

The Vice President (VP), Marketing, Communications, & Sustainable Growth, reports directly to the President & CEO and is instrumental in advancing the business by cultivating customer markets aligned with renewable and clean energy initiatives. Responsible for driving customer-focused business planning, the VP leads initiatives to achieve renewable and carbon neutrality goals through identifying and leveraging market opportunities. Oversight extends to strategic sales, new market initiatives, and service development.   While accountable for the end-to-end customer journey processes, the role extends to providing critical insights into customer experience and satisfaction strategies for a comprehensive engagement approach. Managing the entire customer engagement spectrum, from shaping value propositions to overseeing omni-channel communications, ensures a consistent brand identity and optimized customer satisfaction strategies.   In addition to financial stewardship, setting standards and guidelines, and engaging stakeholders, the VP contributes significantly as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). PURPOSE STATEMENT: Performs first-line supervisory duties in planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling and directing activities and personnel involved with propane supply and distribution, and tank, materials, and facilities management requirements for Hawaii Island.  Responsible for meeting designated company-defined compliance requirements and Federal/State/County regulations impacting Hawaii Island, as well as administrative oversight of a majority of O&M costs and capital projects.  

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all end user computer equipment and technology used by staff (PC, laptops, printers, copiers, AV equipment, desktop software applications, etc.). Opens trouble tickets in Help Desk ticketing system. Diagnoses problem and takes necessary steps to remedy the problem, as well as handles all escalated calls/tickets.

Working as a crewmember following specific instruction, methods, or procedures, assists the Crew Fitter #1 in any and all job duties relating to the gas transmission, supply and distribution systems along public rights-of-way up to the meter/regulator set.

PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact checking; and trial/hearing preparation.

The Financial & Regulatory Policy Analyst plays a crucial role in shaping our strategy and ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves developing financial and regulatory models, interpreting tariffs, and providing technical advice on regulatory matters and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Performs as a skilled automotive mechanic responsible for completing all tasks required to diagnose, properly repair, and maintain vehicles and designated equipment and ensure their safe and proper operation by following specific policies, procedures, methods, codes and manufacturer specifications.

The manager, innovation develops projects and partnerships related to research and development on renewable energy innovation. Innovation includes but is not limited to hydrogen, carbon capture, GHG emissions, methanation, separation, and new technologies. Plans, develops, and manages innovation capital projects state-wide from estimating stage to completion relating to clean energy and innovation strategic initiatives. Plans, develops, and manages current and future partnership agreements related to innovation technologies. Provides technical and business feedback on these projects and initiatives and ensures coordination with rest of company for the integration of renewable energy innovation technology and research.
