Required Education and/or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of related experience and education.
- Two to five years satisfactory performance as an Project Engineer II or in-field total engineering experience of twelve years.
- Good working knowledge of NFPA 58, UFC, City and County Plumbing Codes and 49 CFR 192.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite of tools (Word and Excel), MS Project.
Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:
- May be required to obtain and maintain certification of access to controlled/secured facilities, e.g. military bases, coast guard jurisdictional areas and other clearance related to the work.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience:
- Experience in using Geographic Information System (GIS) and/or CADD.
Preferred Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:
- Professional Engineering license.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
