Required Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required.
- One year of analytical experience in small to large/complex IT applications, including experience in developing business plans, process models, and customer solutions
- One year of exposure to information systems, LAN environments, and telecommunications.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Sound understanding of the principles and theories of information systems technologies generally acquired through college-level courses or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of the principles and practices of IT Business Analysis.
- Effective written, oral, and listening communication skills.

- Ability to effectively conduct user training.

- Some experience in an energy and utility environment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.
- Knowledgeable in business processes such as sales, accounting, and IT service management.
- Software contracts administration and project administration experience.
- Familiarity with controls audit requirements and process flow analysis.
Preferred Licensure, Certification, Registration, or Designation:
- IT Information Library Version (ITIL) 3 or 4 certifications
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
